The Bennett Report · effective August 10, 2026
This Policy explains how The Bennett Report collects and uses personal information when you visit this website, buy The GLP-1 Off-Ramp Kit, or contact us.
Checkout is provided by Whop and its payment partners. We do not receive or store your full card number. Whop processes checkout information under its own Privacy Policy.
The site does not ask you to submit medical records or detailed health information. Please do not email sensitive health information that is not needed to resolve your request. If you voluntarily include health information in a support message, we use it only as reasonably necessary to respond, protect the service, or comply with law. The Bennett Report is not a healthcare provider and this website is not a patient portal.
We may share information with service providers that help us run the business, including Whop, payment partners, hosting providers, email or product-delivery services, and professional advisers. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their work and process it under their own terms or agreements.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to prevent fraud or harm, to protect legal rights, or as part of a business sale or reorganization.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and actions such as viewing an offer, submitting an email address, beginning checkout, and completing a purchase. Meta may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device details, requested page, and event information, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy practices. The embedded Whop checkout and other service providers may also use cookies or similar technologies for checkout, security, fraud prevention, preferences, and their own practices. You can control cookies through your browser, but blocking them may limit measurement or prevent necessary checkout technology from working.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, accounting, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Some transaction records must be retained even after a deletion request. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified when reasonably practical.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control, or object to certain uses, by emailing us. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet service or storage method can guarantee complete security.
This site and the Kit are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will show the latest revision.
