If the Kit is not right for you, request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. You do not need to prove that you used every part of the Kit or provide a medical reason.
Email info@drbennettreport.com from the address used for your purchase. Write “Refund request” in the subject line and include the purchase email or order number so we can locate the transaction.
An eligible request receives a refund of the amount paid for the Kit. If a separately priced add-on or another product has different refund terms, those terms will be shown before its purchase. If no separate terms are shown, this same 30-day policy applies.
We normally submit an eligible refund within five business days after locating the order. After it is submitted, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to display the credit. That timing is controlled by the financial institution.
A refund ends your license to use the refunded product. Please delete downloaded copies and stop using or sharing its materials.
If you see a duplicate charge or cannot access your purchase, email us. We will investigate it separately from the 30-day guarantee. Contacting us does not limit any consumer rights available under applicable law.
