These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase or use of The GLP-1 Off-Ramp Kit. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to them.
The Bennett Report provides digital educational products. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean The Bennett Report. “You” means the person using the site or buying a product.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to buy the Kit. You agree that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
The GLP-1 Off-Ramp Kit is a digital product. The price and everything included are shown before checkout. The Kit is sold for one one-time payment and does not renew as a subscription.
Checkout and payment processing are provided by Whop and its payment partners. Their separate terms and privacy practices also apply to information they process.
Access is provided electronically after a successful payment and may also be sent to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for entering a working email address and keeping access links private.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Kit and print its printable materials for your own use. You may not copy, resell, publish, upload, distribute, share access to, modify for resale, or use the Kit to create a competing product.
The Kit is covered by the refund terms shown on the sales page and in our Refund Policy. Requesting or receiving a refund ends your license to use the refunded product.
We may maintain, update, replace, or temporarily interrupt the site or delivery systems. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or acts caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control, but we will help resolve access problems when practical.

The GLP-1 Off-Ramp Kit is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by either company, or by any pharmaceutical manufacturer. Those names appear only to identify the medications this guide is written for.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and digital products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond the express 30-day refund promise. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or a particular result.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Bennett Report will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or Kit. Our total liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these Terms when the site, products, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will show the latest revision. Changes apply going forward and do not remove refund rights already promised for an earlier purchase.
